Taijul Islam's outstanding performances headline the ICC Men's Player of the Month shortlist for November, where the Bangladesh left-arm spinner is joined by South Africa's Simon Harmer and Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Nawaz.

Taijul was once again at the heart of Bangladesh's Test success at home, guiding the team to a 2-0 sweep over Ireland. The seasoned spinner claimed 13 wickets at an average of 26.30, finishing as the series' leading wicket-taker. His consistent match-winning impact also earned him the Player of the Series award.

Harmer, similarly influential, drove South Africa's Test triumph over India, while Nawaz played a vital all-round role with both bat and ball in the Tri-Series featuring Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe.

In the women's category, the nominees include Esha Oza and Thipatcha Putthawong -- standout performers from the inaugural ICC Women's Emerging Nations Trophy -- along with ICC Women's Cricket World Cup final Player of the Match, Shafali Verma.
