Walton launches nationwide free ac cleaning service campaign
Walton, the country's leading air conditioner brand, has launched a nationwide free cleaning service campaign to ensure faster, more efficient after-sales service for customers.
Under the campaign, Walton AC customers across the country will be able to avail themselves of free AC cleaning services. The campaign has started today with the slogan 'Commitment to the best after-sales service', aiming to enhance brand loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
The campaign was formally inaugurated on Thursday, 15 January 2026, at Walton's corporate office in Dhaka.
Present at the inauguration ceremony were Tanvir Anjum, Business Co-ordinator of Walton Hi-Tech Industries; Zobair Ahmed, Chief Marketing Officer; Iqbal Hossain, Senior Executive Director; Niamul Haque, Executive Director and Chief Service Officer; and Imran Hossain, Executive Director, among others.
Speaking at the event, Business Co-ordinator Tanvir Anjum said Walton not only focuses on selling products but also places strong emphasis on delivering prompt and efficient after-sales services. He said this consistent approach has enabled the brand to provide international-standard services to customers across the country. Through skilled service experts, Walton is offering AC cleaning services nationwide.
He added that under Walton's service management system, customers availing themselves of the free service will receive only AC cleaning. If any spare parts are required, customers will have to bear the cost as per Walton's warranty policy. Under the policy, a customer may avail themselves of multiple services for multiple air conditioners; however, during the campaign period, each air conditioner will be eligible for the free cleaning service only once.
It was further stated that under the campaign, all air conditioners purchased from 1 January 2024 will be eligible for a 100 per cent free cleaning service, while customers who purchased air conditioners before 2024 will receive a discount of up to 60 per cent on the cleaning service.
