Army IBA holds first intra-university business case competition
The Army IBA Career Enhancement Club (CEC) organised Cōnsilium Challenge 2025, the first intra-university business case competition of the Army Institute of Business Administration, with City Group as the title sponsor.
The initiative aimed to provide students with a competitive platform to develop strategic thinking, creativity and practical problem-solving skills through real-world business cases.
More than 60 teams from different batches of Army IBA participated in the competition, which was structured across three rounds. Participants were evaluated on case analysis, digital activation strategy development and comprehensive brand strategy formulation.
Following a rigorous assessment process, eight teams advanced to the grand finale, held at the Army IBA auditorium, where they presented their solutions before a panel of corporate judges.
Delta Squad emerged as the champion of the competition, while High Garden secured the first runner-up position and Team KICKOFF finished as second runner-up. The judges praised the finalists for their analytical depth, strategic clarity and professional presentation.
The event saw active participation from students, faculty members and alumni, reflecting growing interest in case-based learning and industry-oriented academic initiatives.
The Business Standard was the official media partner of the event and supported media engagement during the grand finale. Organisers said the inaugural edition of Cōnsilium Challenge had laid the foundation for future student-led professional development programmes at Army IBA.
