Rumman Rashid Khan is back with the second season of his popular podcast "Behind the Fame with RRK". The podcast, aired on Maasranga Television and Radio Din Raat 93.6 FM, gained immense popularity during its first season.

The first season featured an array of prominent guests, including veteran actor Afzal Hossain, Zahid Hasan, Sadia Islam Mou, Jaya Ahsan, Dr Rafiath Rashid Mithila, Mehazabien Chowdhury, Pori Moni, Tawsif Mahbub, Sabila Nur, Safa Kabir, and Sadia Ayman, among others.

The second season officially kicks off today, and the podcast will air every Saturday at 8 pm on Maasranga Television and Radio Din Raat.

Tonight's premiere episode will feature celebrated music star and current BCB director Asif Akbar. Known for his candid style, Asif Akbar shares many untold stories in this episode, including a shocking incident when someone cut flesh from his hand — an event he discusses in detail. He also reveals that he went without a passport for four and a half years, a period during which he felt "like the Palestinians."

As a director at BCB, Asif Akbar has faced criticism from many questioning why a musician should be part of the cricketing world. Responding to such remarks, he says, "No one ever criticises anyone else — they only like to talk about me. Maybe I'm different from everyone. Some people are born and die on Facebook. One moment they say I can't play cricket, the next moment they say I can't sing or speak. But who will test what they can do? I believe what people say is not what matters. What footprints you leave on this earth and what work you do — that is what will be discussed after your death. I just want to continue working for people in my own way, nothing more."
